Remembering Jan Dusold

Janice Lynn Dusold nee Meadows “Jan” passed away in Fort Myers, FL on December 27, 2022 at the age of 70. She poured everything into family and her longtime career as a tax-focused CPA.

Jan is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ed Dusold, and two daughters, Julie Culbertson and Deb Meyer. She was blessed with five beautiful grandchildren, two sons-in-law, three brothers, and one sister. Predeceased by parents Jack and Esther Meadows, Jan learned the virtues of kindness and gratitude at an early age.

After achieving a BBA from the University of Cincinnati, Jan completed a Masters of Tax at Clemson University. She was a licensed CPA in Virginia, Wisconsin, Missouri and Florida and served on the Board of Directors for various charitable organizations.

An informal celebration of life will be held Saturday 1/14/23 in Babcock Ranch, FL. Jan’s funeral will take place in her hometown of Cincinnati, OH on Friday 2/17/23. Her cremains will be buried at the family plot in Milwaukee, WI on Friday 6/23/23. Donations to American Heart Association or StopAfib.org are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
